Admissions Process

At SAMA American Private School, we welcome all students who are eager to learn and grow. Our admissions process is simple and straightforward.

We are currently accepting applications for KG1 through Grade 12 for the 2023—2024 academic year.

Please fill in the following Application Form and you will be contacted by our registration team to schedule an appointment for the Entrance Exam as well as to complete the admission process. Please make sure to bring the following documents at the time of the Entrance Exam

Student's valid Passport and Visa copy.

ID card copy for UAE Nationals.

Guardian's valid Passport, Visa, and Emirates ID copy

A copy of Vaccination Certificate for KG 1, KG 2, and Grade 1, and medical file from previous school.

A registration fee of AED 500 is payable upon registration and is deducted from the overall fees.

Annual Transportation Fees:
- Sharjah residents is AED 4200
- Ajman residents is AED 4500

Fees are regularly settled in three installments payable:
- 40% at the beginning of September.
- 30% at the beginning of December.
- 30% at the beginning of March.

KG 1 - KG 2

A friendly and age-appropriate assessment designed to understand each child's unique strengths and areas for development. It includes activities that allow our teachers to observe social skills, cognitive abilities, and overall readiness for the KG program

Grade 1 - Grade 4

A comprehensive assessment designed to understand your child's academic abilities, problem-solving skills, and overall readiness for our program. It includes sections on mathematics, language arts, Arabic language, and general aptitude.

Grade 5 - Grade 12

The admission process for middle and high school typically involves a review of academic records, standardized test scores, letters of recommendation, and an interview, ensuring a holistic evaluation of each student's potential and suitability for a place at Sama American Private School.
